Collect less. Explain it plainly.

When you request a sample or join the launch list, PursuitSift stores the work email, service category, ZIP code, travel radius, signup source, consent record, status and timestamps you provide. When you submit feedback, it stores the email, optional name, rating, category, message, referring page and review status. The service does not require precise device location, government identifiers, payment information or bid documents for the pre-launch matching profile.

How information is used

Profile information is used to save requested coverage, produce matching-service samples and updates, prevent unwanted delivery, secure and troubleshoot the service, measure signup sources and comply with legal obligations. Feedback is shown in a restricted founder dashboard and used to improve matching, delivery, pricing and the product experience or to respond when appropriate. It is not used to determine government eligibility or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing and selling

PursuitSift does not sell or share coverage profiles for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by contracted hosting, database, email, analytics and payment providers only as needed to operate the service, or disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a properly disclosed business transfer.

Retention

Active coverage profiles are retained while the requested service or launch-list relationship continues. Records should be deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed, subject to security, accounting and legal obligations. Suppression records may be retained longer so an unsubscribe request is not accidentally reversed.

Email and cancellation choices

Every marketing email will provide a clear unsubscribe method. The public unsubscribe page does not require login. When paid plans launch, customers will also have online account cancellation; canceling billing and unsubscribing from marketing are separate choices.

Security and children

PursuitSift uses reasonable safeguards but no online system can promise absolute security. The service is intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13, and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction or deletion and to appeal certain decisions. PursuitSift will not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. A verified request channel and response procedure must be published before commercial launch.

Before commercial launch

Automated commercial outreach and paid enrollment remain disabled until this notice includes the operating company’s legal identity, physical mailing address, privacy contact, named service-provider categories, final retention schedule, effective date and applicable disclosures.
